Our service and maintenance schedule is coordinated from our head office, providing a single point of contact for our clients. With the use of a highly effective planned maintenance program that simply and quickly produces job sheets based on either planned visits or call outs, clients are ensured of a fast and reliable service.
Our regular planned maintenance of fire alarm systems helps detects problems that may have arisen since our last visit and prevent repeated false alarms occurring. However, no fire alarm system is entirely maintenance free and can experience malfunctions from time to time.
Nothing is more annoying and disappointing for a customer than not being able to obtain a fire engineer when required. We pride ourselves on our quick response time and ability to rectify any problems that a client may have. We have an on-call engineer that enables us to respond to emergency call in less than 4 hours.
Our engineer’s report back any defects that you may have with your system and we promptly report these back to you with the required modification and costs.
Regardless of the type of contract negotiated, all clients receive the benefit of our 24-hour, 365 days a year emergency call-out facility.
Our engineers are equipped with company laptops and keep record and system event (where possible) of devices and equipment maintained during the planned maintenance visit.
